SCAPE BENCH is een sculpturale landschapsbank die het lichaam anders in de ruimte plaatst. Ze doorbreekt de klassieke zithouding en nodigt uit tot zitten, liggen, leunen of balanceren. Hierdoor verandert niet alleen de relatie met de omgeving, maar ook met elkaar.SCAPE BENCH stimuleert interactie en ontmoeting.
Met haar uitgesproken vorm en kleur activeert de bank de plek waarin ze staat en geeft ze nieuwe betekenis aan de publieke ruimte. SCAPE BENCH is aanpasbaar in schaal, kleur en compositie. Elke uitvoering krijgt een eigen identiteit, afgestemd op context, locatie of opdrachtgever.

SCAPE BENCH is a sculptural landscape bench that positions the body differently within space. It breaks away from the conventional sitting posture and invites users to sit, lie, lean, or balance. In doing so, it reshapes not only the relationship with the surroundings, but also with one another. SCAPE BENCH encourages interaction and encounter.
Through its bold form and colour, SCAPE BENCH activates the site in which it is placed and gives new meaning to public space.SCAPE BENCH is adaptable in scale, colour, and composition. Each iteration develops its own identity, tailored to the context, location, or commissioner.
